Returns & Refunds Policy

At Sapill, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

* Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
* Be unused and in its original condition.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, and components.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

* Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
* Products returned without original packaging.
* Final sale or clearance items, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

* If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
* For all other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
